Four Draw from the past

I bought this book back in the 1990s when I first wanted to learn how to play. This isn't a beginner's book at all. Once I got it home I discovered the error of my ways but kept it. It looked strange with the unique fonts and notations that I thought if I ever got good enough that it could be a rare resource. Fast forward 15+ years. Now I've been taking lessons as well as learning on my own. I think this book is still a bit difficult but many of these selections are more available today in other books as well as the internet. I would say it is cool to have as a historical document and for the obscure selection offered. Since the "look inside" is useless I've included a few images for the contents and two popular harp songs that most people know or are aware of. This way you can compare the harp TAB here and guess whether the book would be useful to you.

The Blues harp songbook contains 21 songs by blues harp players ranging from Ollis Martin to Little Walter. It describes the basic grooves and solo`s of every song giving you just enough material to figure the rest out for yourself. It isn`t meant for people who don`t dig playing blues harp yet. For them I recommend books by David Barret. But if you`re into it you`ll surely like to learn some new styles. The book has most use if you also order the audio cassette.
